Last time we came they gave me the ends of the rye bread. That was terrible too, who serves the ends?!? Gone downhill. Wont be back. You lost locals. |

| I made a reservation with Pat, the manager, at least a month in advance and was told our group would be seated in a separate dining room (she said they called it the Red Room). However, upon arriving there we were seated with the general population open dining room. I was not made aware prior to arrival of this change. Also, there were not enough tables together to accommodate the guests and an additional table had to be added. After I came home, I called and left a message for Pat to call me so we could discuss this matter. Not sure we will return. |

| My meal was excellent but my husband's was dissappointing..he could not eat one of the 3 oz 'filets' because he could not cut through it ..had a tough vein running through it..we told the wait staff and returned it but no effort was made to give us another one or adjust bill.?? Also wait staff had no idea that barley soup was not gluten free and had first us we could have the special appetizers except tortellini soup..I had to tell her I doubted that shrimp toast or spinach feta one with Phyllis dough was gluten free..she even said that chef may have made it gluten free..it was resolved by a second visit back to kitchen..need to educate staff..Glad I could help.. |

It seems you don't have enough wait staff because we are usually seated at least 10-15 minutes before we can get a bottle of wine opened. | Please add a coat rack particularly for cold winter weather. Was sorry to have ordered 2 sirloin special dinners and find out you were out of special at 5 pm. Forced us to order a filet in order to get beef. Huge price differential. Separate checks would have been appreciated. No question when we split the check at the register that charges were not divided correctly. One couple paid considerably less than they should have and other two paid extra. We just had to let it go because we had no time to fool with it. We waited forever for our desserts and dinner and coffee came late with no offer of refill. Continually had to ask host for water refills, coffee to be delivered. Etc. our waiter was overloaded with customers seated all at once. Could you please offer a vegetable that isn't doused in garlic? You might consider offering a discount to Gateway Theatre patrons on performance nights. We ate at your restaurant because you take reservations and are close to the theatre. Other restaurants in SP do give Gateway discounts. Your prices reflect a slightly upscale establishment but your atmosphere, service and amenities do not match the prices. Your food quality is very good tho. We will return but most probably at lunch. |

| Regular customer and look forward to our meals here. Last night was a very sad experience and would not return if our first visit. Reservation in order and seated quickly, our server was very hurried, delayed in taking order and then almost an hour before we were served... food was cold, sent one meal back to reheat and seemed as if she might have walked to the kitchen and back with same plate in time took and no improvement for temp, sent second dinner back a hanger steak that was supposed to be medium rare that evidently the kitchen decided to kill the cow a second time. That meal was returned with a new steak at correct temperature.. first time we have seen this item served whole, usually sliced and much easier to cut table side. Very disappointed |

| Three of the four of us were happy with our meal but my husband ordered a med rare 9oz filet & it arrived well done. When Andrea saw that the filet was well done, she immediately returned it to the chef & without our request the charge was removed from our bill.

Could not even cut it. Sent it back- it took forever
to get a new steak. Asked for it medium but came out rare after all that time.
It didn’t matter it was so tough and difficult to chew so it was s very bad night.
The quality of meat and the cut itself was fatty and thin.
Would never recommend getting dinners at Fitzpatrick.
Will come for lunch— good sandwiches but steaks are not ready for prime time.
I suggest you not have steak on the menu if you can’t seeve quality.

| We each ordered from the Mother’s Day special menu. Of the 3 small plate offerings, 2 were spicy (shrimp lettuce wrap and the grilled cheese stuffed peppers). I ordered the peppers not realizing they were jalapeno peppers. I drank 2 glases of water trying to get the burn out of my tongue and lips. In the future perhaps limit the spicy options to 1 of the 3 choices and indicate the type of pepper. However, the steak and the scallop meals were delicious! And our waitress was excellent too! |
